Terms & Conditions

• Rates are applicable only for Indian Nationals.
• Booking confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of the required payment.
• No reservations are being held against this quotation unless specifically confirmed.
• Passport copies are mandatory for all bookings and foreign currency transactions.
• Guests must possess a passport valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel and obtain the necessary visas, unless otherwise specified.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, airline fare revisions, or changes in government regulations.
• GST 5% and applicable TCS 2% will be charged additionally as per prevailing Government of India regulations.
• Hotel rooms, flights, transfers, and sightseeing services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Any unused services included in the package are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Peak season, holiday, and special event surcharges may apply.
• The company reserves the right to amend the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation arrangements due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
• Any expenses arising from flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, visa issues, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure events shall be borne by the guest.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
